Kicking off at 8pm, our MC this year is…
Marcel Lucont - Flâneur, raconteur and bon-viveur, Marcel is an internationally renowned comedy and cabaret performer, whose dry, deadpan delivery has gained him much critical acclaim around the globe.
He has appeared for 10 years at the Edinburgh Fringe and also on Comedy Central At The Comedy Store, The John Bishop Show (BBC1), Russell Howard’s Good News (BBC3), Set List (Sky Atlantic) and Live At The Electric (BBC3).
Micky Overman is an award-nominated comedian whose previous Edinburgh shows received critical acclaim. She has written for and acted in sketches for ITV2, Channel 4, BBC3, Pulped and The Hook, and her social media sketches have received millions of views.
Her material moves quickly from devastating honesty to brutal whimsy, to on-point social observations. She already has the aura of a successful comic well beyond her years.
Felicity Ward - Known for her iconic screen roles, TV appearances and her international, multi-award winning live stand-up comedy tours, Felicity’s no-filter, authentic and hilarious attitude to life has made her a darling of critics and fans alike.
Forging a career in both Australia and the UK, Felicity can be seen across the world, this October, when she stars in the lead role of Hannah Howard, in the Australian premiere of The Office on Amazon Prime.
You can currently see her in Taika Waititi’s TV adaptation of Time Bandits for Apple TV, following on from her breakout performance in 2021’s ABC TV’s drama, Wakefield.
In Australia, Felicity has appeared on popular TV shows such as Thank God You're Here, Have You Been Paying Attention? Spicks and Specks, and The Ronnie Johns Half Hour. In the UK, she has been on Live at the Apollo and is a regular face on shows such as Roast Battle, The Stand-Up Sketch Show, The Mash Report, Russell Howard’s Good News, Alan Davis; As Yet Untitled, The John Bishop Show, and Mock the Week.
Our Headliner this year is Gary Delaney - A Double Sony Award Winner, a Chortle Award nominee, and is the only comic ever to have got two gags in the same top 10 for Dave’s Funniest Jokes from the Edinburgh Fringe.
TV and Radio includes Live at the Apollo (BBC1), Richard Osman’s House of Games (BBC2), Mock The Week (BBC2), The Unbelievable Truth (Radio 4), Elephant in the Room (Radio 4), and Loose Ends (BBC Radio 4).
Gary is widely regarded as being the most quotable one-liner comic in the country. He projects the barely hidden delight of a cheeky schoolboy and the audience can’t help but be carried along by his infectious charm.
